The preview creator now shows when a preview is created via the Tugboat CLI and API joining the current capabilities of the Tugboat dashboard.

Bug Fixes

Using a proxy for the CLI? Well the previous bug where this option broke the usability of the Tugboat CLI is no more.
Fixed a display issue with repo provider SSO when a user has accounts for different providers tied to a single provider. That's a mouthful.
