  • You can encrypt sensitive repository environment variables at rest. After you save, Tugboat hides the value in the dashboard, API responses, copy, and export—but it still injects it as a normal environment variable in your Preview builds and services (including via Terminal), so treat container access like any other place a teammate could read environment variable
