When a preview's response headers exceed 8kb in size, the Tugboat proxy would error without any indication as to the cause of the error. This would commonly occur on a preview for a Drupal site with cache tag debug headers enabled. Tugboat now displays a message letting you know when response headers exceed this limit.
Previously, child previews were built sequentially after the base preview was refreshed. Tugboat now adds all child previews to our queuing mechanism.
